Let's talk

Struggling to grow your service business? Let's find a solution

We build the ads, the follow up, the AI and the dashboard that get service businesses more booked jobs and less admin. Phoenix runs Phloi, and runs his own exterior cleaning business, Dript, on the same systems.

Which sounds more like you? Tap one and it goes in with your message.

Phoenix reads every one and replies himself. Then a free half hour call where you see exactly what you would get and what it costs, then a fixed scope and price in writing.

Who you are dealing with

Built by someone who runs one of these businesses.

Phloi is Phoenix, in Brisbane. He runs Dript Exterior Cleaning on exactly the systems on this page: the ads, the AI replies, the follow up, the dashboard. None of it is theory from a course. If it stops working it costs him jobs before it costs you any. There is no account manager. The person who reads your message, does the call and builds the thing is the same person.

01 — What we do

What we build, and two ways to get it.

A

Your Custom Dashboard

Jobs, quotes, crew, follow up and money on one screen, sitting on top of the tools you already use. The same system we run Dript on. See what is inside.

B

AI Automation

Every enquiry, whether it is a form, a text or a missed call, gets a reply in seconds, written the way you would write it and using your prices. Quotes chased, past customers rebooked and your customer list kept clean. Anything it is unsure about comes to you with the full conversation.

C

Marketing + Sales

Facebook and Instagram ads built from photos of your real jobs, aimed at your suburbs, with a form that asks what your quoting needs. We write the ads and make the images. Then every ad lead is followed up until it books or says no.

02 — Why it works

Built around you,
not the software.

Off-the-shelf tools make you bend your business to fit them. We do it the other way round — built around how your business actually works, plugged into what you already use.

A

Plugged into what you already use

We shape the setup around how you already work, not the other way round. Your process stays yours — it just runs smoother.

B

Everything talks to each other

Your marketing, sales, AI and follow-ups wired together, so nothing falls through the cracks and you're not copying data between tabs.

C

Grows with you

What we build holds up when you get busier. More leads and more jobs shouldn't mean more chaos.

03 — Straight answers

Questions,
answered honestly.

What would you actually build for me?
Whatever's costing you the most money right now. There are three builds. If you can't see your jobs, money and numbers in one place, that's the dashboard. If enquiries come in but go cold before you get to them, that's AI Automation: replies in seconds, quotes chased, past customers rebooked. If enquiries are thin, that's Marketing + Sales: ads that put you in front of people who actually buy, and the follow up that books them. Most businesses have one of those bleeding badly. We fix that one first, then build out the rest once it's paying for itself.
Do you only work with trades?
Mostly trades and home services, because that's what we run ourselves and what the systems were built on. The same setup works for any business where the job starts with an enquiry and ends with a booking, so we do take on cleaners, health and beauty, consultants and professional services when the fit is right. Different industries, same problem: good leads going quiet because nobody got back to them fast enough.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
No. We build around what you've got — your phone number, your inbox, your calendar, your job management software. If something you're using is genuinely holding you back we'll tell you, but you won't be relearning your own business on new tools. And you don't need to be technical: we build it, we set it up, and we hand you something you can actually use.
Won't the AI sound like a robot?
Not the way we set it up. It replies in your words, with your prices and your rules — not a generic chatbot script. It handles the repetitive part: answering, working out if it's a real job, booking, and chasing up afterwards. Anything it's unsure about comes straight to you with the full conversation attached. You can read every message it sends, and change how it responds whenever you like.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can only quote the prices and rules you gave it. Anything it hasn't been told, it says you'll come back to them and sends you the thread. Every message it sends sits in your inbox to read, and you can change how it responds whenever you like. If you want it off, one message to us and it's off.
What do you need from me?
An hour or two at the start, so we understand how you quote, price and follow up. After that we build, and you review everything before it goes near a customer. The whole point is that this takes work off your plate — if you're spending more time on it than you were before, we've built the wrong thing.
How fast does this happen?
The first call can happen this week. We work out what's bleeding, and building usually starts within a week or two after that. The first piece is usually live one to two weeks into the build. A full custom dashboard takes three to six. Either way you have something working early instead of waiting months for everything to land at once.
What does it cost?
Straight answer: it depends on what we build and how many of your tools have to talk to each other. Fixing one problem, like fast replies and quote chasing, is a smaller build than a full custom dashboard and priced that way. Either way there are two numbers, both in writing before anything starts: a one off build price, and a flat monthly for keeping it running, or for us running it if you go Done for you. No surprise invoices.
What if it doesn't work?
Nobody can promise you a number from ads or AI, and anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we can promise: you see the whole system running on a real business, ours, before you pay a cent. You get a fixed scope and price in writing, and nothing starts until you say yes. The first piece goes live on real enquiries within the first couple of weeks, so you know early whether it's doing its job. And if we're not the right people for it, we say so on the call.
What happens on the first call?
About half an hour, no pitch deck. You tell us where things feel stuck, we work out what's actually causing it, and we tell you what we'd fix first. If we're not the right people for the job, we'll say so on the call rather than sell you something that won't work. It's free either way, and you'll leave knowing what's holding you back whether you hire us or not.
