Phloi — Operations Dashboard

Your whole business on one screen.

Jobs, quotes, leads, crew and the numbers that actually matter — in one place, built around how you already work. Not another tool you log into twice and forget.

01 — The problem

You're running your business across eight tabs.

01

The numbers live in three places

Your CRM says one thing, your accounting says another, and the real answer is somewhere in your head. So you guess, or you spend Sunday working it out.

02

Reports get written at 9pm

By you. From memory. Long after you should have been off the clock — and they're the first thing to slip when you get busy.

03

Leads go cold in the gap

Between an enquiry landing and someone actually chasing it. Nobody decided to drop it. It just fell down the list.

02 — What's inside

One screen, built for how service businesses actually run.

Jobs and pipeline

Every job from enquiry to paid, in one view. What's booked, what's unscheduled, what's quietly stalled.

Quoting

Build a quote in a couple of minutes with your real pricing and margins baked in, so nothing goes out underpriced.

Crew

Who's on what, what they've finished, what needs checking. Your team sees their own jobs without seeing your books.

Reports that write themselves

End-of-day and client reports generated from the work that actually happened, not from you remembering it later.

Follow-up that doesn't forget

Enquiries answered fast, follow-ups chased on schedule, and your CRM kept clean without you tidying it.

Where your money comes from

Ad spend, lead source and channel revenue side by side, so you stop funding the campaigns that don't book jobs.

03 — Proof

We run this ourselves, every day.

“This isn't a demo we built to sell you something. It's the dashboard we run Dript Exterior Cleaning on — jobs, quoting, crew, reporting and follow-up. We built it because we needed it, and we've been fixing it in the real world ever since.”

04 — How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

A call

We map what you actually do day to day, and where it's leaking time or money. Free, and useful even if you never hire us.

02

A fixed scope and a fixed number

You get exactly what's being built and what it costs, in writing, before anyone starts. No hourly drift.

03

The build

Usually three to six weeks. You see it working as it comes together, not at the end.

04

Live, and looked after

Hosting, support and changes handled. When a tool you rely on changes its API, that's our problem to fix, not yours.

05 — What it costs

Priced on scope, not on hours.

Custom dashboard build

From $6,500

one-off build, then $450/month

  • Scoped and quoted before anything is built
  • Connected to the tools you already use
  • Hosting, support and changes included monthly
  • Your data stays yours, exportable at any time

The final number depends on how many systems have to talk to each other. Most builds land between $6,500 and $15,000 — you'll know exactly where yours sits before you commit to anything.

06 — Straight answers

Questions, answered honestly.

Do I have to change the tools I already use?
No. That's the whole point. The dashboard sits on top of what you already run and pulls it together. If a tool is genuinely holding you back we'll say so, but we're not going to make you migrate for the sake of it.
What if I already have a CRM?
Good — we'll connect to it. The dashboard isn't a replacement for your CRM, it's the layer that makes your CRM, your job data and your numbers agree with each other.
How long until it's actually live?
Usually three to six weeks from the scope being signed off, depending on how many systems are involved. You'll be using parts of it well before the whole thing is finished.
What happens after it's built?
We host it, support it and keep it running. Integrations break when other companies change their APIs — that's covered. Small changes are included; anything big gets quoted first.
What if I'm not technical?
Then you're exactly who this is for. You won't be configuring anything or reading documentation. You get something you open and use, and we handle everything behind it.
